Copyright Notice: Materials bearing the copyright mark (©) symbol or logo of a photographer, studio, or artist must be accompanied by a letter from the holder of the copyright giving you the right to copy, scan, and/or reproduce  -  or a signed Liability and Copyright Agreement Form. Production will not begin until copyright is released. Copyright is also enforced in metadata within the file or file name.

Limit of Liability: Submitting any original artwork or digital media for printing or other handling constitutes an agreement by you that any damage or loss by Image Control Company or agents will only entitle you to replacement with like media. Except for such replacement, the acceptance by Image Control or agents of the print, original artwork, or digital media is without other warranty or liability and recovery for any incidental or consequential damages is excluded.

Payment Terms: Payment is due at time of delivery - c.o.d. Credit accounts are not available at this time. Accepted forms of payment are cash, check, and the following credit/debit cards:

• Returned check: $35
• Deposits may be required on orders that require extensive overtime or high production costs.

Rush Fees: Any turnaround less than eight hours is an additional 200% of original cost. Rush fees are also based on job specifics and present work load. Please inquire for a quote.

Taxes: Prices shown do not include NC Sales tax. Unless we are provided a Wholesale Tax Number and a signed Certificate of Resale prior to completing an order, NC Sales tax will be charged.

Shipping: Shipping services are normally via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Other shipping methods may be requested. Extensive packaging may require a handling fee. Courier service is also available.
